SIZE: 5,750 sf

Specialty restaurant build out for a 5,750 sf restaurant with seating for 180 patrons for the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle. Named for the state bird of Washington, the restaurant offers sophisticated Pacific Northwest cuisine served in a maritime-inspired dining room with views of Elliott Bay. The project included the relocation of the former bar within the space and the addition of a second private dining room. Scope of work included full demolition of the former restaurant, and build out with new framing, casework, custom stone work, glazing, flooring, and MEP systems. High-end finishes included a central stone-topped bar, dark oak wood walls, furniture, and custom light fixtures.
