LOCATION: Seattle, WA
CLIENT: Wimberly, Allison, Tong, Goo
SCHEDULE: 2 months
SIZE: 4,500 sf
A 4,500 sf tenant improvement build-out on the 8th floor of the Olympic Savings Tower in downtown Seattle. Our team worked closely with the designers of the Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo (WATG) architectural firm to create a aesthetically pleasing and functional design space to accommodate the firm’s new Seattle presence. This built-out included a partial removal of interior finishes and demising walls, a complete re-design and installation of mechanical, electrical, A/V, and security systems to accommodate new glass interior and drywall partitions. Along with all new systems, finishes carefully selected to match existing finishes and to meet the quality and style desired throughout the space. Upon completion, Schuchart and WATG created the ideal space that blended creativity and functionality with style.
