This unique tenant improvement occupies roughly 4,500 sf of the top floor of the Times Square Building located in downtown Seattle. The emphasis of this project was to remove the existing conference rooms and open up the west end of the office and create an open, flexible public space for employees and clients.
The pavilion at the center of the space features an articulated, geometrical form which houses the conference room, kitchen and bar area. The open space boasts 20 foot high ceilings with lots of natural light. Reclaimed maple counter tops in the bar area were reused from the old conference rooms. Reclaimed fir siding wrapped both the reception desk, bar and A/V control center. Recycled rubber floor tiles were used in the common area and Marmoleum flooring was installed in the kitchen and bar.
