ARCHITECT: Best Practice Architecture and Design

SIZE: 4,500 sf
The 4,500 sf tenant improvement is on the top ﬂoor of the historic Times Square Building in downtown Seattle. The open, ﬂexible mixing space for employees and clients features 20-foot ceilings and ample natural light. The pavilion at the center of the space features an articulated, geometrical form which houses the conference room, kitchen and bar area. With a focus on sustainability, maple counter tops were repurposed from old conference tables and reclaimed ﬁr siding serves as a design element throughout the space. Recycled rubber ﬂoor tiles and Marmoleum flooring complete the build out.
