SIZE: 48,000 sf

The 48,000 sf tenant improvement for Tableau at West Dock in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood. The flexible space accommodates multiple modes of working by providing both quiet and active areas with private offices, conference rooms, break-out areas and quiet workspaces. The project consisted of the complete demolition of an existing 3-story athletic club facility including locker rooms, basketball courts, and the rooftop mechanical system.  New construction started with the structural infill of half of the level two floor plate including concrete grade beams, fiber reinforced diaphragm, steel columns and beams, steel joists, metal pan deck, rebar and elevated concrete deck.  Build out of the space included electrical rooms, server rooms, IDF rooms, training rooms, locker rooms, conference rooms, lobby, kitchen/break rooms, fire sprinkler, fire alarm, LED lighting, comm riser, Cat6 cabling, fiber optic cabling, audio visual, security, and roof top VRF mechanical system.  Server room included hot and cold aisle containment and a dedicated UPS system.
